Fixed missing capitalisation on buttons

Fixes some missing capitalization on the buttons inside the help/ui views

@jivanvl I can't remember but did the main capitalization changes made in the other MR go into %9.1? If so, should we make these changes in %9.1 with Pick into Stable, so that it's more consistent?
