Fix Pikaday is not defined

What does this MR do?

Explicitly add Pikaday so that it is defined and the page loads correctly and doesn't stop halfway

Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

Check for bundle implications for importing Pikaday since it's already loaded in main.js
