When linking to the specific lines in the diff, the project number is incorrect for the merge request which results in a 404 page rather than linking to the diff.

    Can you explain a little better how I can reproduce the problem you're describing? What I tried was going to the diff on this MR and selecting a line. I get a link like https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/31/diffs#1c497fbb3a46b78edf04cc2a2fa33f67e3ffbe2a_1_3 which is correct. If you can help me better understand the issue that would be great.
