What does this MR do?

Display SHA256 fingerprints for user SSH keys and deployment keys.

Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

Integration into GitLab EE.

Why was this MR needed?

SHA256 fingerprints are default for OpenSSH since 6.8 but not displayed at GitLab.

What are the relevant issue numbers?
