WIP: Show smarter emojis first
What does this MR do?
Shows smarter emojis as first five. Note this is just WIP I didn't want to overengineer this, I just move them as first five in the list. I'm aware that they are way to do this without just moving order in list. I will change it if needed depending on Issue discussion :)

Easier/faster emojis insertion into gfm_editor
