Add Safari/iOS and Windows 8 logo information

Now that we've got our new logo, let's spread it around a bit more!

@rspeicher can we use transparent background?

@dzaporozhets As far as I can tell, no. When the linked image is transparent, iOS makes the background black (confirmed, see https://realfavicongenerator.net/blog/apple-touch-icon-turns-black/):
