Add comments to the end of .gitmodules to test parsing

Adding a commit to this repo completely screws with the gitlab_git tests, that depend on the number of commits in this repo and the specific hash of the latest commit, see my commit here for the last time that gitlab-git-test was updated: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab_git/commit/12a8694cbc30cf43ecdadf8e2c2c7870d49cfbf6.

Can you prepare an MR for gitlab_git that makes it work with your proposed change to gitlab-git-test? You don't know the merge commit sha yet, but you can write the rest and I'll update that when I merge this MR and then your gitlab_git MR.
