404 content-type still not fixed?

Commit b0ac2a7d should have fixed the content-type. As far as I can tell this commit is in v0.2.2, which is currently deployed on GitLab.com. If that's the case, the problem is not resolved.

@stanhu @dblessing Yes. I did release v0.2.4, we need to bump this in EE and Omnibus.
