Improve tests!

The v0.3 release has highlighted a number of deficiencies in the pages test suite. I think we need to do the following:

• Upgrade builds to go1.7 for nested tests
• Test both with and without -daemon-uid and -daemon-gid
• Test common combinations of listener, as well a starting a single pages process with a large number of listeners
• More unit tests...

Some progress. We now run daemonised in the CI rig (!20 (merged)), so those code paths are getting exercised regularly. !21 (merged) expanded the acceptance tests a little, but our unit test coverage remains poor - at 40% !

Maybe also improve the visibility of the poor test coverage right now?

For the badge the regex coverage: (\d+\.\d+)% of statements should do. After which we should add the badges to the project.
