Disable mod pagespeed

No problem, thanks for looking into this. BTW Bitnami reported they could not reproduce the Pagespeed issue. Still, I think it is good to turn it off anyway.

After a second thought, maybe add it as a comment? It may seem useful to some people and maybe there is some optimal option like stated here: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/articles/how-to-get-started-with-mod_pagespeed-with-apache-on-an-ubuntu-and-debian-cloud-server

Hmm, it appears this should be added in /etc/apache2/mods-available/pagespeed.conf (if on Debian). I'd like to add a reference but where to? README.md or create another file say tips.md and put it there? @sytses what do you say?

@sytses Can you check !23 (merged) ? Sorry for taking that long. As I read from the github issue, Bitnami no longer ships with this mod, but I put it in README just in case.
