reducing log level in journald on build error

I would argue, that a failed compilation is expected behaviour. It certainly does not require me (as a server administrator) to intervene - if anything the developers of the project in question need to do something. As such a failed test should not result in an error in the servers journal. Similarly for a timeout. It warrants a warning (as repeated occurrence is relevant to an admin) but is not an error in and of itself.
