Use go 1.6 to build runner

@ayufan To really fix #222 (closed) we need gitlab-ci-multi-runner to be built with go 1.6. Can you do that? Otherwise we still trigger a bug in go and cannot use the runner for our setup.

@dg-ratiodata I'm ok for using Go 1.6 for Runner 1.2. The 1.1 is just around corner and uses 1.5 and I don't want to release something untested.

Milestone changed to v1.2

So the plan is: After the release of 1.1 I switch the Bleeding Edge to Go 1.6 and you can start using it.
