confusing documentation and changelog

Something changed on my systems...I think from an apt-get upgrade...a different config.toml appears to be used.

Version 0.5.2

Advanced Configuration Documentation states... The file to be edited can be found in /home/gitlab_ci_multi_runner/config.toml.`

Changelog 0.5.0 states... Change where config file is stored: /etc/gitlab-runner/config.toml (nix, root), ~/.gitlab-runner/config.toml (nix, user)

Unfortunately I have "apt-get upgraded" my systems, and cannot trace back... but previously my gitlab-ci-multi-runner version was using a config file located at: /srv/gitlab-runner/config/config.toml

With 0.5.2 now, it appears the runner has placed its config file at: /etc/gitlab-runner/config.toml

This product is absolutely killer - if the docs and changelog could be more accurate. Thanks.
