Unsupported architecture: amd64: "Asset prebuilt-amd64.tar.gz not found" on docker swarm

We have one runner which runs its builds on a docker swarm. Since runner version 1.3.0 those builds fail with

ERROR: Build failed: Unsupported architecture: amd64: "Asset prebuilt-amd64.tar.gz not found"

Our other runners using docker (without swarm) work fine with 1.3.0.
