Support KVM/libvirt as alternative to parallels.

At the moment there seems to be security way to build docker images, without risking the server get rooted, if someone get access to the git repository.

Due to that, I propose that we add support for KVM/libvirt as a alternative to parallels, and also so I don't need a use a "whole" vm just to build docker images due to security concerns.
