runner not responds on macOS Serria

It works fine on OS X 10.11, but when I upgrade my Mac, it turns to not respond. but it tells me it's service is running.

$ gitlab-ci-multi-runner status
gitlab-runner: Service is running!

But when I login in GitLab-CE Admin Page, I see it's last contacte time is N minutes before..
