Make this 1.0

This is now stable and supported software in which we don't expect major changes. I think we should bump the version to 1.0 when we introduce build artifacts.

Milestone changed to v0.7.0

So no v0.7 but go to v1.0 instead.

@sytses The next release after 0.7.0 will be 1.0.0. The 0.7.0 contains a lot of improvement and I want to make sure that 1.0.0 is really the stablest ever.
