Refactor documentation

Go through docs, fix typos, document undocumented features, etc.

This is the first step to put this online in doc.gitlab.com. Scheduled for 8.5.

Since i see so many questions in issue tracker i'd recommend to put some best-practice examples into gitlab-runner docs.

@widerin yeah, the concept is to provide extensive examples and tutorials using CI and the Runner. Only thing we miss is time :)

@axil I will add this to the doc site soon. Do you want to coordinate or just go ahead any time?

@dblessing no! Wait until the refactoring is finished. I don't want to end up with dead links. I'll get to the bottom of this the first two weeks of 8.5.
