Add more database (and other?) services to Auto Deploy helm chart
Expand Auto Deploy helm chart to include Postgres, Redis, MySQL, and other common services, all disabled by default, but easily enabled via a project or YAML variable.

@ayufan Current Postgres integration has been very brittle at best. :) But it's directionally correct.

@bikebilly At this point, we know it's not happening for 10.0. I'm tentatively marking it for 10.2 so there's time to get some feedback about Auto DevOps before committing further, and to give us breathing room to work on GKE.
