Reposition revert and cherry-pick buttons on MR widget

• Revert and cherry-pick buttons will become smaller as they will be inline buttons by default
• They will shift position to be behind the "merged" message.
• They can remain their current position for mobile (if easily done)

@dimitrieh these are currently block-level, as they have some list items below them. I assume those list items should be moved up?

I think either this or https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/33974 can be closed by the other.

@psimyn https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/33974 just touches the height dimensions of the buttons.. and has nothing to do with the positioning of those buttons.

this issue should only adjust the position of the revert and cherry-pick buttons.. to be inline and at the end of the merged by... sentence.

Reading this.. yes https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/33974 can be closed.. as these buttons will be changed into inline buttons with this issue. (so their height will be the same as other inline buttons)
