Tags appear to be deleted twice

Summary

When I delete a tag, in the project overview it appears that the tag is deleted twice

Steps to reproduce

Create a tag, delete it

What is the current bug behavior?

Tags are deleted twice

What is the expected correct behavior?

I expect my tag to be deleted once

Relevant logs and/or screenshots

We are running 9.3.6-ee, but I know for a fact that this behavious has been around for at least 3 months now
