Banner above issues list to increase board usage

• When a project is created, it has no boards associated with it.

• The first time a user navigates to the Board(s) page, the first board is generated dynamically in the background. (For CE, there is only one board per project at most.)

• This issue aims to bring more awareness and thus, more usage to issue boards.

• People who use issue lists, are likely to care about issue boards.

• On the issue list page of the project, put a banner as in the mockup above.

• The call-to-action in the banner is to simply navigate to the Board page in the project.

• All these conditions must be satisfied for a banner to appear for a given project's issue list when viewed by a user.

  • The project has no existing boards.
  • The user viewing the page has never clicked dismiss (the x) dismissing the banner in the past.
