Realtime update of branch CI

Description

When using the the GitLab UI to edit files, after submitting changes to master, there's no easy way to jump to the CI/CD Pipeline resulting from the change. If you refresh the file page, there will be a little pipeline status next to the commit SHA. We should make that icon update in realtime so that it appears without needing to refresh.

Related: It would be cool to see the pipeline mini-graph there, but let's keep the scope small for now.

It should not need Vue in here, just a request to the server to update it. Should also not be hard but I can be missing something
