Add timestamps for /estimate in database
Description
At the moment, we don't record the dates /estimate has been entered.
Proposal
Add timestamp to the /estimate field in the DB.
Do not update/delete: Banner broadcast message test data
Do not update/delete: Notification broadcast message test data
