Add weight values/make flexible

Currently, issue weight only supports values 1-9. Many companies utilize much higher numbers, especially Fibonacci numbers when doing scrum planning. I saw some discussion in the original issue (#70 (closed)) about this and I'm not sure where the discussion ended up regarding 1-9 vs. other. Can we make this more flexible by either having a number field that the user can use to enter any number, or can we add up to 100 (at least) in the select list? Since it's a select2 field it is easy to type higher number in that will auto-select up to 100 or X max value.

@JobV @dblessing I am ok with increasing number. I am not ok with custom value because you need to grab weight from all issues to build selectbox with filter. It unnecessary performance problem to solve.

I'd say this is quite important, it makes weight unusable for a lot of Scrum scenarios.

We need this.

Here's my proposal (shamelessly copied from the misfiled issue above): allow values of weights higher than 9 to be entered. Oh the possibilities, pick your poison or make your own:

• fixed but definable values by defining a max or non-contiguous list through a project setting
• arbitrary values through mouse input, by making the picker "infinitely scrollable", presenting 1 to 9 (or maybe 1 to max(9, max(project.issues.pluck(:weight))) by default but scrolling down generates more numeric rows, possibly indefinitely
• arbitrary values through keyboard input, through an input text box at the top (or maybe bottom?) of the weight picker dropdown, as well as quick select from 1 to 9 as it is today.
