Our goal is to make our EE offering more attractive, allowing us to increase revenues in order to sustain the development of both GitLab CE and EE.

@regisF for these new products, can you add in the expected launch date for each one and can we track when a product gets pushed? One thing missing fro most if not all of them are the business case/problems each solve. The Why a business should want to purchase our EEP product so they can solve their specific business problem? Example, Service Desk. Why should a business pay for this in EEP? How do we compare to JIRA or Zendesk. Also can you note what has been shipped?
