Create issue board for documentation review process

The board will serve as the central place to manage the documentation process for EE releases.

• Needs columns for
  • backlog
  • to-do for this release
  • followup with developers if documentation is missing
  • write
  • reviewing
  • website-link add documentation link to the comparison page
  • release-post-link add feature overview and documentation link to the release post
  • done

• crosslink (link from other docs, pages, posts)
• guide
• new doc
• update
• priority

hmm. good question. No, I didn't think of that. The idea would be like "what should we take first?" or "what we just can't miss at all?" Got it?

It's different when a doc needs an update of the screenshot, or when there's something in the core process that changed. The process update is top-priority, the screenshot, not as important.

Got it thanks! How about we do a kickoff session where we choose and prioritize what is in the backlog rather than having a backlog and priority list? If a lot of issues are considered are in the priority list it's like we are back to one list where we can't tell which is issue important.

P.S. I think priority handling will be a lot simpler when we add a priority/sort field and allow drag and drop sorting.
