Add EE specific translations for the Project & repository pages

Add the EE specific translations for the project & repository pages that were translated for https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/31499

The common translations were merged in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/2066

While doing that, port the changes from: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/12052

The changes from https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/12052 are going to be merged in the normal CE -> EE Merge.

I think we need to wait for a solution to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/33513 & https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/33521 before we start implementing EE-specific translations.

The specific translations would mean that there are going to be conflicts for every merge to EE that touches translations. Which is going to be a lot of them from now on.

Without a straightforward way of resolving these conflicts we're likely to lose track of some of these specifics in a merge.
