Increase adoption of Service Desk
- Provide a native and prominent way to access Service Desk issues, such as a dedicated filter selection, that inserts the author:support-bot filter for you.
- When there's no results, provide an empty state call to action that goes to documentation and/or configuration.

I think this is nice, but I think we need more. Does UX have any initiatives in the form on onboarding, be that for this or other features? I'd love to see what else we can do?

I added the two issues created after our conversation @JobV. I think taken altogether, these will raise awareness.
@sarrahvesselov : The issue here adds a special filter to the dropdown. But adding a link is more obvious here (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/3049). So I'm going to close this one, since that one is obviously more prominent (it's in the nav!). And this one takes more valuable dropdown space.
