Periodically Deploy Boards show errors

Every so often when visiting the Environments tab with Deploy Boards turned on, you will get errors. I've seen this manifest in a few ways:

• Sometimes you will get a red bar at the top of the screen indicating an error occurred. This typically happens on the first view of the page.
• Also if you return to the page after being on another tab or view, it is not that unusual to get an error like the one below.

We should try to ensure this page does not display errors, as they can throw off demos.
