Promote trial or license activation for regular EE on-prem sites.

Push Rules are defined per project so you can have different rules applied to 
different projects depends on your needs. [Learn more]

• Regular user

• No 'Start trial' button.
• Copy:

Improve pushing commits with Push Rules. Contact your Administrator to upgrade the license.

For GitLab.com the feature promotion needs to go to purchase a GitLab.com plan

Your trial license expires. Push Rules are only available on Enterprise Edition.

• Copy:
