Sidebar navigation issue when viewing Group Settings pages

I found an interface issue on the gitlab.com website, at the time of writing this is running version 7.13.2-ee 1546697. It seems like most people log issues to the gitlab-ce project, so I hope this is the right place to report this..

The sidebar menu doesn't stay consistent while browsing a group's settings. To reproduce the issue:

• Open any group page
• Click on "Settings"
• Click either "Web Hooks" or "Audit Events"

At this point the sidebar reverts to the "Group" navigation list, instead of retaining the "Group Settings" navigation list as it does with the "Projects" link in the settings.

I should note here that this issue doesn't seem to affect individual project settings pages, where the "Web Hooks" or "Audit Events" views do not change the sidebar navigation menu.
