Update Label for multiple issues
Disclosure: I did by best searching work trying to find this simple feature in a current issue (or in the current application). My apologies if I missed it and this is a duplicate.
Summary
When selecting multiple issues in the issue tracker, the select-boxes that were filters become ways to update all the selected issues with the selection in the box (i.e change the assignee on many issues at once). One cannot add a label to many issues at once.
Steps to reproduce
Select many issues, observe hiding of the label filter that would prevent mulitple assignment.
Expected behavior
The label box should remain. All the project labels should be in the dropdown. All the issues that are selected will have that issue added (no change for issues that already have that label).

This dropdown pattern should remain after selecting one or more issues.
