Service Desk filter Error 500

In service desk issues if you filter by Assinee to none and press enter it results in error 500.

I expect the problem is this line:

https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/blob/master/ee/app/controllers/ee/projects/issues_controller.rb#L15

          assignee = User.find_by_id(params[:assignee_id])

Since we're in the EE namespace, User is resolved to ::EE::User, which lacks the given method, of course.

The fix is to change this line to read ::User.find_by_id(...) and add a test case to exercise this code path - it's not service-desk-specific

Thanks @nick.thomas for triaging. It's not service-desk specific in the code sense? But I see I can't reproduce it for the regular issues list page and the commit you're pointing to looks like it was part of the new service desk page feature. So I'll leave it as a regression in any case.
