We have the need to know by email every issue created by GitLab Support Bot (or in Service Desk zone), for now, the unique solution I found is to subscribe in surveillance mode to all the project but is not very useful, I receive a lot of emails not related to what I want. Doing the possibility of subscribing by email only for the Service Desk Bot will be more useful.
