404 error when trying to retrieve files through API

When I try to retrieve an existing file via /api/v3/projects/10/repository/blobs/feature%2F3.0.0?filepath=strider.json&private_token=…, I will receive a 404 error.

I'm assuming the branch name is the problem here.

We're using GitLab 7.14.3
