Update JIRA attributes available via API

The attributes at http://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/services.html#jira need updated. All attributes are available on services via the API. Update the docs to reflect this.

@axil as soon as I can get a build going (and green!) for gitlab-org/gitlab-ce!6598 I'll merge that, so you might want to branch from there

I added the missing endpoints in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/7122/diffs for the time being. We can refactor once https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/6598 gets merged.
