Feature: Show Indicator for files that are tracked by git lfs

I think it would be good to show some kind of indicator in the browser that a file is git-lfs tracked.

This would be nice, and probably isn't a lot of work. customer+ in GitLab FOSS is requesting this in https://gitlab.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/49150

We have this badge which I think would also fit this case

@cperessini @awhildy those are tags :P and yes i think we should reuse the same design as it is more a tag then a status

i'd go for monochromatic labels for this one
