No way to search for MRs in which I am the approver

There is currently no way to search for all the MRs that have me as a requested approver. When there are only a few MRs, it's easy enough to dig through them all and find the ones I'm listed on. But when there are 30 or 50 MRs outstanding, it gets a bit tougher.

Please implement a filter to show all MRs in which a specific user is the approver, similar to the Assignee filter for MRs.
