EE specific links (LDAP settings, Webhooks, and Audit events) need to be put somewhere nicely in the new group navigation bar

In !389 (merged) we ran into a merge conflict where these links existed in EE but not in CE. For the time being we placed them in the dropdown so it looks as follows:

This is not ideal as one might expect the links to be directly visible in the top bar, but for an RC1 it will do.
