Shortcuts for adding and on a comment

There are shortcuts for adding a or a on an issue/merge request/...: I'd suggest to also add those shortcuts to comments. Something like:

I think it's a little heavy on the screen if there are a bunch of comments.

Maybe we can just have thumbsup and thumbsdown buttons as the default options in "Frequently used" section in the emoji dropdown. When clicked the smile icon, the user is able to reach them quickly.

Mhh, but that does not help when you want to award someone an emoji. And +1 or -1 do not work in the search field either.

Adding them to frequently used sounds like a good idea to me.
