Make it clearer that File Lock is an add-on option

we recently upgraded to 8.9 but aren't seeing the lock feature. we have a full ee license installed but i can't find any kind of setting to enable it.
Disregard, i finally found the note that its a further paid option under premium support. You might want to highlight that better. Its not at all clear on the pricing page that File Lock is under there. i had to actually click on the buy button to figure it out.
I think we need to:
- Update the pricing page to include the option
- Show the list of add-ons (#694)
- Anything else?

Yes, this should be on the pricing page and part of our process before we release on the 22nd. Someone on marketing may want to look at how we present EE Options as soon we will have several and will need to scroll down the page to see them all.

I raised the same challenge with the frontend team in our pre-release sync so there are a few issues asking for updates to the pricing page now. :) See here: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/issues/715
My suggestion for EE options moving forward is to store them on the upcoming EE only page: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/issues/691 and on the feature comparison page. Then the pricing page will not be the only place to learn about options.
