When there are no issues to show, either because the search didn't find any results or because all issues have been closed, the following copy and image are shown:

Proposal

Guide users to an action to solve the “There are no issues to show.” state.

No search results	No open issues (all issues are closed)	No closed issues (all issues are open)

@regisF Thank you for your suggestion, it makes more sense than what I had. However, I've decided to remove the description of what is an issue, because it can be many things other than a feature or a bug. We would risk having a bigger description than necessary. I've updated the issue description with my final proposal.
