Feature proposal: SSH host key / fingerprint info page

Pagure is the Fedora project's Python-based Git server (https://lwn.net/Articles/687821/).

It has a page that shows the server's SSH host key and fingerprint: https://pagure.io/ssh_info

This is linked to from the bottom of every page. This might be a good idea for GitLab to also have. As a GitLab admin, I've had to manually convey this information to concerned users SSH-ing for the first time. If the page is protected by HTTPS, it is a good, authoritative source for this information.
