Special character interpretation

Summary

The special characters on the issue part are not interpreted with the same end between pages.

Steps to reproduce

Create an issue with this title for example (without backquotes) : Corriger le ' On the main page with the issues list the ' is displayed like written, in other pages (for example on the issue page itself) the ' char is displayed.
