Sorting (project list)

Hi,

this may be related to other lists as well.

In https://gitlab.com/dashboard/projects, you can sort the list by name, date a.s.o. I think there are a couple of issues:

1. Sorting ignores namespace/user name (maybe there could be a setting to "group" projects by user?)

2. Sorting does not ignore case of project name (that's irritating)

3. Sort sequence is always reset to "Last updated" if page is freshly loaded (that's kind of annoying)

@markglenfletcher I could not reproduce 2 in GitLab.com, For me Docker retruns dockerfiles and docker-images fine. Can you please tell me the way to reproduce it?
