[Elastic] English stemmer for issue title does not work

    I create issue with title "Dog" and I can't find it by "Dogs" which is a bug.

        OK, after investigating it closely I see that stemmer actually works but somehow word "dogs" is not breaking down to "dog" form. Rest of the words came to my mind have been successfully broke down so I could find "jobs" and "job" issue titles with both queries "jobs" and "job". I tried a bunch of other words and everything works so I'm closing this.
