Make sure all EE-specific strings are also translated

When we changed the directory structure for EE-specific files, we did not update the paths to be translated.

In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/2947/ I noticed a bunch of translations disappearing. This re-adds them.
