Repo archive file location while the file is incomplete
We have had issues where a repo file was being generated and the Unicorn got killed, leaving a corrupt archive file to be downloaded by the next person who wants an archive.
I propose we put a temporary suffix on the file while it is being generated (so it is already in the right directory) and then renaming the file when it is complete.
