WIP: Remove commit#to_diff and commit#to_patch

These methods will be unused when gitlab-org/gitlab-ce!5367 is merged, therefor not needed here.

@zj should we make this WIP to prevent accidentally removing the methods too soon?

@zj gitlab_git has been absorbed into GitLab (gitlab-ce#24374, gitlab-ce!8447), so you can include your changes directly into gitlab-org/gitlab-ce!5367.
